Agawam Dog Park is a pet-friendly enclosed area for dogs in Agawam, MA. This spacious, fenced park offers separate areas for large and small dogs (up to 25, fitness equipment, water fountains, and benches. There is a concrete sidewalk around the perimeter of the enclosure.
Rules for Agawam Dog Park
- The park is accessible from 7:30 am until 9 pm.
- When entering or leaving the dog park, dogs must be on a leash (owners must have a leash with them at all times)
- Dogs must always be visible to their owners.
- For their safety, children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the dog park area.
- Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and dog owners are required to pick up any canine feces right away.
- Every dog needs to have a collar with a valid license.
- Three dogs most per adult.
- The little dog park only accommodates dogs up to 25 pounds and does not allow smoking, drinking, human food, dog food, or dog treats.
- All breeds and sizes of dogs are welcome at the large dog park.
- No digging is permitted; any holes dug must be filled.
- Please don’t allow kids to climb the equipment in the dog park; it’s strictly for dogs.
- The park is used at the risk of the owners. Dog or human injuries or illnesses are not the responsibility of the Town of Agawam.
